Incorrect saving of CP-1251 text under linux #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open in Linux xxx.cpp file created in Windows with some text in 
Russian. (e.g. comments or text inside tr())

2. Make some changes and save file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected thet all unchanged lines in cpp-file become the same. 
But all cp-1251 characters disappear in saved file. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

QDevelop 0.21. Red Hat Linux.
