Right-click on #include directive line file will offer menu option to open header file. #109

It would be nice to have a feature that offers a new context menu-option 
when the user to right-click on the header file name in an #include 
directive. The menu option "Open file under cursor" or "Open header file" 
will then search for the header file in the system paths and INCLUDEPATH 
of the project and open the file if possible.

Here is already a patch for the first part of the feature implementation. That 
should help clarify the idea. Simply apply it to textEdit.cpp
