Unknown Organization.conf #126

I'm using QDevelop 0.22 , and I found small but unpleasant bug.

"Instruments" configuration is saving to ~/.config/Unknown
Organization.conf, not to ~/.config/QDevelop.conf

We now use a full path to a ini file in *nix/Linux.
