edit->comment doesn't comment the last line #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select several lines
2. choose edit->commend
3. the last selected line isn't commented

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the last line should be commented as well

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.22, XP

Please provide any additional information below.
