Code completion timeout #147

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest SVN build - both windows and Linux (x86_64).

Please provide any additional information below.
Code completion tooks about 10 secs each time I enter '(' or ':'. This is
nice feature but I need it only sometimes (and it is horrible slow).

It will be nice to be able to specify a 'timeout' - time after code
completion starts working. Below this period editor should behave as when
code completion is disabled.

May be deleted, code completion works very well now.
