project manager lacks support for 2 projects on the same dir

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in  a directory, make 2 pro files, each building a different executable 
2. make another sub project
3. load the project on qdevelop (0.23, and 0.24 svn)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The directory which contains 2 sub projects, should be opened to 2 sub
projects. Instead I see only the *.pro files, and when I press them the
files are opened in the text editor.

I can also reproduce this when the pro file does not match the directory
name. I am attaching a demo which shows all those bugs.
