Wish: an option for changing working dir for running application #156

The working dir isn't the project dir, but it should be..

I should have writen it more clearly. I mean the working dir of the executable, 
that 
the user is programming.

Do you want to QDevelop to 'chdir' to the project of the PRO file? I am sorry, 
but I 
still do not understand what do you want to see.

My guess is that when he runs his application from within QDevelop, he'd like 
the
path from which the application is started to be the .pro path.

That's the idea of a "working" directory as far as I am concerned.

I think we should have an option to set working dir for running the application.
