Background color black is not working #160

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tools->Options->Text background : select black
2. Tools->Options->Syntax highlighting->Function/method names: select 
white
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see reverse color, but functions name, "{} or () etc." remain black 
and you cannont see on a black background

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.24-svn. Feisty
