What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I download qdevelop from 
http://qdevelop.org/download/compteur.php3?soft=QDevelop-0.24-1-bin.tar.gz
2.tar zxvf  QDevelop-0.24-1-bin.tar.gz
3. error:
[root@localhost Download]# tar zxvf QDevelop-0.24-1-bin.tar.gz
