Disappearing Project Explorer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close Project Explorer
2. Try to reopen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to show the project explorer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.24, XP

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to also affect the cursor in strange ways.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cannot get it back.
I moved the default docks of output window and explorer.  Miight have
something to do wiyh it not sure.

Tracked down config settings in \documents and settings\user\application
data\qdevelop.ini

deleted and restarted viola.

Still a bug is a bug right.

Bug is too old. Please reopen the issue if it's valid for latest versions.
