Qt non-class types (qreal etc) coloring #172

This is similar to Issue 54, but it belongs to current highilighter.
I have found that QDevelop colours Qt class names very well but it lacks
support for Qt's typedefs (maybe not all, but)

For example:
qreal is colored black, when it should be colored to blue (as int)
