mouse should be hidden when editing a text file #24

It would be a good idea if when a user is editing a text file, the mouse
cursor would be hidden. This can be triggered by not moving the mouse for
several seconds.

Kate konsole and (I think also konqueror) do this.

Draft patch. If someone else has a patch, feel free to discard - I just did 
this to prove I could figure out how 
things worked. :)
