Opening file over network causes repeated error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try and open PRO file over a LAN with both PCs running Win2K 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Project does open but see below.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.20 on Win2K

Please provide any additional information below.
Error message about needing SQL lite pops up, and pops up everytime the
application is opened or closed, even after the project has been deleted.
In addition the initial path screen does not open.

Sorry the above is wrong. When I open my project locally it says "Unable to 
establish
a database connection" etc. But I am not connecting to any database. There is a
binary C++ database created in the code though.
