in motif style, no close boxes on tabs #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There are nor close icons on tabs. You can't click on them or see them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
on fluxbox, under linux, which defaults to motif style. Ubuntu Edgy on x86

Yes, certain styles do not allow the close icons on tab. For this, the options 
dialog
allow to have the close button on right top.
