Ui-Templates don't use Qt 4.2 features #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new dialog using the Template QDialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A dialog with two buttons "Ok" and "Cancel" is created, but it does not use
the QDialogButtonBox to be able to change the buttons' order corresponding
to the system used by the user

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.21 and the current SVN on Kubuntu 6.10, Qt 4.2.2
