Compile file should use make, not g++ directly #86

Using "Compile file" menu or toolbar command a g++ command is launched. It
generally gives error because no environment is set. It should instead
execute the specific ".o" target of Makefile ("make filename.o").
I'm using QDevelop 0.21.

It's working perfectly here under revision 281, QDevelop 0.25. Closing.
