Shortcut-Action because of normal letter apears in the internal editor #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press a lowercase letter on my keyboard whitch is (normaly in
combination with Crtl-Key) a Shortcut. I knew the letters "v", "x" and "z".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I would enter the word "void" in the Source-Code "<contents of
clipboard>oid" appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QDevelop 0.21 on WinXP-Home (German Language) with QT/OpenSource 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I use the Inserted Keyboard of my Dell Inspiron 9300 Laptop.

Could this be the result of issue 327 (Shortcut keys become scrambled when 
switching
languages)? If yes, than this should be closed once issue 327 is resolved.

Please check:
1) Whether this problem is valid for latest QDevelop and Qt versions.
2) Whether this problem disappears after renaming QDevelop.ini (or deleting it)
