Added `Main.sublime-menu` file.

Hello. Please check this small enhancement pr. It's goal to add next context menu to Sublime Preferences menu.

Before this enhancement I had next situation

Aftter adding this Menu

And now it's possible to access keybingings and package settings

I think it should be Clojure Sublimed in file paths, not Clojure-Sublimed?

Ok I released it with a space, will see how it works when installed from Package Control. It’s hard to tell from local install

Works for me with a space instead of a dash, so I’m gonna leave it like that
