Equality sign or inequality sign seems too thin on screen #484

The distance between two horizontal lines in Equality Sign or Inequal Sign not big enough. When eyes away from screen or size of chars small, they look like just a line,So the length of the lins and the distance between two lines should be changled softly.

PS :I get screenshout for codes and changes the distance by Drowing ,It makes codes better.Badluck pic files can't processed because problem of internet.>-<

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. The distance you see between the line is a result of aggressive Windows hinting (moving font lines to closest pixels). Unfortunately it’s out of my control. But because it’s an approximation, maybe slightly changing font size (±1) might get you what you want. I, on my side, will see if increasing the distance makes sense. It doesn’t look all that pretty with a huge distance. But might be just the slight increase might be enough

Thanks you for your replay I will change font size to get it, and thanks for your FiraCode to make codes beautiful! :-)
