Change notification panel colors #12

Notification panel is dark, while the theme is light. z3vciei

I propose changing its colors to the ones used in the theme.

"notification.background": "#F0F0F0",
"notification.foreground": "#000000"

It will look like this: npiz76z

not sure if good idea or not. Black really works because it’s hard to miss, and that’s the point of the notification in the first place. Will give it some thought
