Fixing depreciated functions (strftime and utf8_encode) in PHP8.2.

Thanks for your PR. I'm sorry for that but those modifications were done on src/index.php file. I've updated the main index.php so that it fixed the deprecation functions. Let me know if you've still encounter problems as the modifications were slightly different from yours.

No problem, I just updated my server and saw these warnings on my kriss_feed so I just wanted to share my solution. Good to hear that this was already noticed and fixed!
