When resetting statistics via reset() operation, DelayMinimum becomes 0 #3

When the reset() MBean operation is performed, the delayMinimum is set to 0.

Add unit test to reproduce and fix.

This probably has to do with the automatic detection of processing time 
performed, when no input date is available.
