Hi there 👋

This pull request aims to build the first iteration of version zero of clix.

This version should contain all APIs present in the readme and discussed in #1.

Except for:

individual timeout (a global one will be available) (v.0.02)
.select API (v.0.03)
Regex as value for .expect and expectError APIs (v.0.04)
