Add capability to tag a module as not recommended in some manner #100
I have some old modules that have been renamed or have become obsolete and been replaced with a better module. I would like to have a standard way to tag them so they couldn't be found on a normal search.
Alternatively, have a new option for Zef to ignore modules with certain tags.
Perhaps there needs to be a way for the community to have a chance to complain about such a step for a module.
