Windows built fez distribution not installing on macOS and Ubuntu #106

I have been using fez to build upload https://raku.land/zef:kimryan/Lingua::EN::Sentence . My environment is Windows 11. But just informed by a user that he cannont install on macOS, see https://github.com/kimryan/perl6-Lingua-EN-Sentence/issues/10 . The distribution looks ok from my end. Is there any way I can check how the tar file is built from my end, or I am missing some configuration option.

I see a fez failure when github testing using the windows-latest VM.

@kimryan tyvm, i will correct this in the next version. this may take me a few days to rectify as i don't have a windows machine to make sure i don't break anything that way -
