`fez meta` doesn't update meta info #78

When I run fez meta and change my info, fez says Your meta info has been updated, but when I check the info, it hasn't changed.

I even made a direct request to https://api.zef.pm and got a success response, but nothing changed. I assume the problem is not from fez, but the API server.

fez version: 39 Using Rakudo 2022.12 on Arch Linux.

@CIAvash it may take up to an hour for it to refresh, can you check again and if it's not correct let's sync in IRC and get to the bottom of it -

It was not updated, I tried once again just to become completely sure, but I think I made a change some time ago and that wasn't applied either.

I'm on IRC, hopefully difference in timezone won't become an issue.

OK, my last attempt didn't update the meta info.

Confirmed the bug with @CIAvash in IRC and that this has been resolved -
