Fez user config documentation? #79

The readme alludes to some kind of user configuration file for fez. It does not appear to be documented, AFAICT.

@sdondley i'm working on documentation at the moment. you can find these as i get them filled out in docs/.

In the meantime you can affect the config by editing $HOME/.fez-config.json and using an undocumented command fez plugin -a to see what fez thinks it's doing
