Suggest Tampermonkey or any other UserScript manager for Chrome users #11

We should suggest Chrome users to use any UserScript manager like Tampermonkey, as it has many advantages over the suggested method:

IMHO, upload the Chrome extension to the Chrome Web Store.

I couldn't get this to work with tampermonkey, it just complained that it wouldn't install the script from my FS. Do you have some instructions for tampermonkey?

When a user has installed Tampermonkey, it takes care of .user.js files, almost similar to Greasemonkey add-on for Firefox.

Click here, and it would load Tampermonkey's installation page, rather than showing the raw .user.js file or showing the warning message.

I tried loading t.co-bypass via Tampermonkey in Chrome 56.0.2924.87 and I can't quite get it to work. It appears to have been loaded correctly and it's running when I'm on twitter.com, but the links are still routed through t.co.
