support eclipse linked resource in web app folder #60

It will be a useful settings for eclipse.

But we need to add virtual resources for Jetty , 
still working on this , and this is the last milestone for 1.2.1.2 .

It's ready since 2011/5/15.

Now am going to test the plug-in ASAP and 
going to release 1.2.1.2 today or tomorrow.

Note that if you add a linked resouce after the server started up , you need to 
restart the server , since the version got no chance to know the newer resource 
you add.
