Z Axis is not locking, when not being used (Drifts) #16

When the X or Y Axis is moved, the stepper motor for Z is not 'enabled' thus
it tends to drift when the X and or Y axis move.
All is OK for the X and Y Axis, when either one moves, the other is locked,
hence no drift is encountered on the X and or Y Axis.

If possible, whould like to have all 'other' axes locked ('enabled') when a
single axis is moved.

Im not 100% sure if this is an issue or not. It is useful for the Z axis to be
disabled during print. I personally haven't experienced drift, but having the Z
disabled allows me to adjust height during print time when a raft layer isnt
printing
at the correct height. Since Z is a screw system, i don't think very much
drift can
be introduced unless your rods are very well lubed.

Hopefully this becomes optional.

The plan is to implement this as an option.
