Give tournament directors the ability to stop the time elapsed timer so that games can be paused while trying to get someone online if they lost internet connection or something so that they can play the entire 35 min round

Lots of games are not actually being played for 35 minutes because a player leaves in the middle of the round for like 15 minutes because of technical issues or there is a judging question that takes a while to resolve
