Changed the CSS up a little to make certain sections (such as resources) to have a fixed height (instead of having it just collapse when there is nothing inside)
Also added OS cubes section to game_onsets.html -- scrollable and works!
Other miscellaneous changes, such as hide scrollbars, and fix wooden table background image
Based off of #147 and #148

Merging since on-sets is a dev branch anyways. Comments are still welcome
