When I open a project in Pycharm the plugin gives me an error: "Could not check Python packages. Could not fetch API to validate records. Check your API details. Could not load data from SafteyDB API, JSON file is corrupted".

Create a new project open in same window.
Expected behavior
The plugin doesn't return an error.
