Having issues after re-imagining HOOBS #4

Hello. I was using this on HOOBS and in order to update to the most current version of HOOBS I had to start over. This plug-in worked great before and now I can't get it to work. I thought that I had everything configured correctly but it just doesn't work. Can you offer any insight?

Hello! Are you getting any info from the homebridge logs that you can share? If not, maybe it isn’t initializing with homebridge properly, which would point to a config issue…

Hi Tony...thanks so much for replying. I just updated and this is from the log for the bridge that I have the plugin on:

5/18/2022, 9:14:05 PMHomebridgeLoaded plugin 'homebridge-total-connect-security' 5/18/2022, 9:14:05 PMHomebridgeLoading 1 platforms... 5/18/2022, 9:14:05 PMHomebridgeBridge is running on port 51826.

I updated the code in "Configuration" for the bridge to match that of the bridge that it's on and then only changed the username and password on the accessories part. Like I said before it worked prior to reflashing my drive and I don't remember it being a big deal to get it work before...I'm stumped.

Hi Tony. I haven't been able to figure this out so it has to be something with the recent Homebridge builds. Can you try re-installing the plugin and seeing if you have an issue? I have not been able to get this to work and I'm actually pretty good at coding. Best regards Dave.
