Error getting session (status code 500): null, Missing parameter: userName. #5

I've configured the plugin exactly like the sample config. I copy and pasted it and only entered my user name and password. However I get this error from the plugin on startup.

[Total Connect Security] Error getting session (status code 500): null, Missing parameter: userName.
