Scope "scale" not entirely sticky #110

When setting the scope SCALE, and then stopping open890 with ^C^C, and restarting, the scale returns back to 1.0.

If the browser page is then reloaded, the original scope scale value is restored.

The originally-used value should somehow be restored when the connection is restarted.

As described, this seems to be working fine.
