Audio streaming doesn't work #113

Audio streaming seems to not work in 1.0.4

Audio streaming works in the development branch under Linux (Mint).

ARCP wasn't streaming audio under Windows until a reboot fixed it, but 1.0.4 (Windows binary release) or develop under WSL still weren't receiving UDP packets from the radio for some reason.

Perhaps a Windows Firewall setting?

Not a bug. This was ultimately Windows Defender Firewall blocking the incoming UDP packets from the radio.
