Track speech proc state and levels #117

Need to track speech proc on/off state + levels, and then properly display the levels when the proc is on.

The radio always returns MG050 when querying the mic gain when the proc is turned on, regardless of the "correct", proc-off mic gain level, resulting in incorrect values shown.

Proc on: PR01, Proc off: PR00

Adjustment: PLnnnxxx where nnn is the input level, xxx is the output level
