.input-group-addon no longer works with alpha6 (tested with codepen in README)

Thanks for reporting! Actually I already fixed that (421c32327234a854a57e8fcb2f5e175b403f8cda). New version is coming!

Ah, sorry. I saw that PR but didn't reflect over that it might not have been released yet...
