To use these helpers without import, like TbHtml::button() and bootstrap.widgets.TbActiveForm

All not working.....

@priest671, I made a PR for such import and it's waiting to aprove (https://github.com/tonydspaniard/yiinitializr-basic/pull/6) After aproving - I will make it for all "templates"
