Easy access to data #12

Post is a template that has all the data inside of it but there is some data that are not included in the post that we need to cover. So we need to toggle back and forth to make it an easy access to all data.

In _layouts/post.html I added a link to Github with an Octicon.

Octicons are included in _includes/head.html
