This might just be a lack of understanding on my part, but when I changed the name of my first 'post,' it no longer appeared on the website.

@npaulson Posts on Jekyll Pages accepts particular file extensions. You did not append the either a .html or .markdown extension to the file. As a result it didn't render.

Please change the name of the file and test that it works. If there are no other questions pertaining to this could you please Close and comment this issue.
