There are BIG issues with the playlists #3

First of all, idk if it can find the right files for a lot of them Has to do with URL decoding

Also, you have to make the playlist thing READ ONLY!!!! Busta Rhymes got deleted :( temporarily

Ok, also there's an issue with unicode normalization... Tracks listed in a playlist that are in the FS can go away is they're not unicode normalized, even if they look the exact same way
