Safe mode opening, androind guy lying on the floor

Hello! I also just got a nexus 7, I used it without problems for around 3 days, 
last evening i shutted down and today when i wanted to open it the little 
android guy was lying on the floor, looking like we had a problem and i coudn't 
start my tablet otherwise than in safe mode...under the android guy it shows 
some little infos, under Fast boot mode, like product name, variant, version, 
serial and signing (not defined yet) and at the end writes Lock state - 
locked... cand someone help me with this problem, pls? Thanks a lot!

Hi I am having this very issue. ASUS, Google, Nexus (whoever takes 
responsibility) have not acknowledged this fault even though it appears to be 
endemic. I too would like a solution...anyone out there with the answer? Thanks
