Grid is not complete on page in fullscreen mode #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app and switch to fullscreen
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Grid only half the screen size

The grid is only drawn in the area of the document. Do you think this should 
change?

If the application has functions, like "fullscreen", the components must follow.

The grid is now draw below the doc bounds, so it should be clearer. Also, the 
ruler now visibly indicates which parts are inside the document and which are 
out.
