Improved German Translation

Hello Josh,
I just played around with Leonardo. The german translation is inconsistent in 
many areas. Sometime words use umlauts sometimes not, some words seem to be 
translated without knowing the context and wrong synonyms were chosen. It all 
looked a little bit alien.

I improved the german translation, made it consistent and uses now terms that 
are common.

Please find attached an modified translation.xml

Hm 
I just realized there is another similar issue 40. 
Well I integrated most of the changes mentioned there but perhaps with some 
minor differences.

I've applied your changes. Please retest and open a new issue. Also, you can 
now use the new inline translation system from the Debug menu to make your life 
easier.
