Symbol Sets menu shows multiple times

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new symbol set. Add two symbols.
2. Quit
3. Start up the next day with the latest build 124
4. Create a second symbol set. Add some symbols
5. Go to full screen with menu.
6. Go back to regular size screen.

Somewhere in there, the "symbol sets" menu got added multiple times to the menu 
bar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- expect to see "symbol sets" in menu only once.
- instead see it 3 times to the right of the window menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
build 124.
Windows Vista, launched from one-click jar.

Please provide any additional information below.
- sorry this is such a crappy bug report, I didnt keep track of what I was 
doing leading up to the bug. Have not yet been able to reproduce.

Okay, I can reproduce.

1. Open LeoSketch.
2. Create a new symbol set.
3. View > FullScreen with Menu.
4. Observe that there is an extra "Symbol Sets" menu in the menu bar, right of 
"Window"

Repeat 2-4 a couple times I get the screenshot below.
Each new menu has the latest list of symbols, but the previous ones are not 
updated.
I Created PIZZA HOTDOG FRIES (not in that order) and the right-most menu has 
all 3. The middle one has only PIZZA HOTDOG, and the first only PIZZA.
