Alignment with poly is wrong #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- create a poly (5 sides for example)
- add a square
- align them to the top
- poly's middle is aligned with square's top

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
align should work with bounding box

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
build 174
