Convert shape with thick line to scalable shape #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a circle with thick line
2. resize it
3. resizing does not affect line thickness

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
this is ok and expected, but an option to convert this
to a type of object that scales the "line" as well
(maybe convert line to a filled shape without outline)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
build 174
