Did you encounter anything unexpected or surprising? The giant food models were a cute surprise.
What do you feel about the difficulty? I was a bit confused on what was going on tbh - even when hitting the obstacles nothing would happen I'd just be pushed upwards for a few secs but could keep going as if anything had happened immediately after. So I'm not sure how well I performed sorry - I never fell from the platform, however, most obstacles I had to dodge by moving horizontally bc I couldn't jump over them (that was probably intended I guess?)
What do you feel about the control? The controls themselves were fine and smooth.
Does this game remind you of other similar games? Hmm I can't name anything specific at the moment but collecting objects while dodging obstacles are very familiar gaming patterns, yes. Silly example but smth along the lines of Temple Run? I'm sure there are many other exemplifications, this just happens to be at the top of my head.
Did you encounter any issues that affected the experience during your gameplay? Just general confusion I believe - it didn't seem challenging but it was probably bc I missed something.
Do you have any suggestions to make this game more engaging or challenging? Or is there any feature you would like to see? I tried climbing the little slope where the food was coming from and couldn't - rightfully so, but it would have been a fun twist. I'm sure this prototype is just testing the mechanics and is already pretty nice, but for an advanced version, I'd like to know why I'm collecting blue orbs, or why food was chosen as obstacles - a hidden context/narrative, if you may. I think it could go in many directions, keep up the good work!
